Sage Connect - Sync Errors

If a synchronisation error occurs, the software displays a window with more information to help you resolve the issue.

Description

Before setting up Sage Connect, check your version number. If you aren't using v31.0.378.0 or above, upgrade to the latest version.

 

When attempting to sync data with Sage Network, you can receive a synchronisation error.

Resolution


The error message will detail what to do to fix the problem. We've identified the most common causes to be:

  • Internet disconnected during sync
  • Internet speed isn’t suitable to sustain the service. Find out more about the system requirements in the FAQ
  • There’s a temporary issue with the Sage Connect service
  • Your computer isn’t connected to the internet

Following the guidance in the error description or retrying the sync later will resolve the problem in all cases. Below is a list of the most common sync errors you can see.
