To check the version number of your Sage 50 Accounts software. This is useful when you upgrade or install software on a new computer. 

If you can access the software

1. Click Help and click About.
2. Under Program Details in the left column, note the Version Number.

If you can't access the software

1. On your keyboard, press the Windows key  + R, enter appwiz.cpl then press Enter.
2. Locate Sage 50 Accounts in the Name column.
3. Check and note the version number in the Version column.

Install any required updates
