This occurs if any of the following are true:

• The COA doesn’t include one or more nominal codes
• One or more of the ranges within the COA has a blank description
• The floating categories are empty

In previous versions, if there are errors in the COA, the following message appears when running any report that uses the COA:

'There are errors in your Chart of Accounts. Your Financial reports may be incorrect as a result.'

Edit the COA and ensure that all the ranges have a description.

If all the ranges have descriptions, some nominal codes must be missing from the COA.
