A list of all the options available after you complete a pay run in Sage Payroll.
From the Completed pay run window, you can see a detailed breakdown of the period. This shows information about the pay run including:
- Employee pay values
- HMRC submission details
- Pay trends
- Total employer cost
- Pension submission details
When you process a pay run, you’re brought to the Completed Pay Run window.
To view this window for a pervious period:
- Select Pay Runs from the menu bar.
- Select the relevant pay run from the list.
Available options
Employee Pay Breakdown
- Print or email payslips for the selected current pay run
- Total net spend figure
Correction details
- If you’ve edited a completed pay run, you can see confirmation of when this was done
Pension submissions
Online payslips
- If you use online payslips, you can see the status of any that have been published
HMRC Real Time Information (RTI) Scheme
Pay Trends
- See a graph that displays pay trends for your pay cycle
