You can print, export, email or publish your employee payslips. Set this up in each employee's record. 

Printing payslips

You don't need special stationery. You can print payslips onto ordinary A4 paper. You can choose from three different payslip templates. For more information, read Choosing a payslip template.

You can also add messages to your payslip to inform your employees about anything important.

Exporting payslips

You can export payslips as a PDF document. This allows you to keep a copy outside of the Sage.

Email payslips

You can email your employees their payslips directly from Sage Payroll. Send them in bulk or individually as a password-protected PDF document.

Publishing payslips

You can publish payslips to an online portal where your employees can access their payslips. They can even download an app to make it even easier.
