We’re currently rolling out Sage Copilot in the UK. While it’s not yet available in Ireland, we’re planning for a potential launch as part of our Sage 50 Accounts Roadmap. We’ll provide updates as progress continues.
NOTE:
Sage Copilot isn't available in Sage 50 Accounts Essentials. If you're interested in upgrading from Essentials, leave your detailsand we'll be in touch.
Select the SageCopilot button, anywhere you see it in your software. In v32.0 and below, this is called Copilot insights.
TIP:
In v32.1 and above, click Activate Sage Copilot in the software home page, or on the Help banner at the top of modules.
Select Connect now on the Connect your company to get started with Sage Copilot window.
NOTE:
This window will look different if you have alreadyconnected your Sage accountto your company data, or only have one Sage user. Just follow the steps on this window to continue.
Follow the prompts to connect your company to your Sage account, if required.
If you have multiple Sage users, you're prompted to enter their name and email address. If Manager is the only user, just click Activate Sage Copilot on the window shown in step 10.
TIP:
Select Remove from the list to hide usernames who have left the business, or that exist only to use third-party software.
After entering all user details, select Continue.
On the Grant Sage Copilot access window, select which user will have access to Copilot in the dropdown:
NOTE:
This grants access to the first Copilot user. If you have multiple Copilot users on your licence, you can edit the user to add access later.
Click Continue.
Click Activate Sage Copilot on the Activate Sage Copilot Step 3 of 3 window:
NOTE:
After enabling Copilot, all users will now sign in to Sage 50 Accounts using theirSage account, even users who don't use Copilot.
