Sage Copilot - Update your profile
Description

After you install Sage 50 Accounts v32.1and log in as a user other than Manager, Sage Copilot asks you to enter your profile details. This window appears a week after installing v32.1

This means that the person who logs in as Manager won't need to enter this information when they activate Sage Copilot.

Update your profile window with First name, Last name and Email address fields.

 NOTE: Sage Copilot isn't available in Sage 50 Accounts Essentials or Client Manager. If you're interested in upgrading from Essentials, leave your details and we'll be in touch. 

Cause
Resolution

After you log in to Sage 50 Accounts, the Update your profile window appears for you to enter your details.

  1. Enter your First name, Last name and Email address.

 NOTE: If you select I do not have a unique work email address, the Email address field is no longer mandatory. If you have more users than Manager set up this checkbox will appear. 

  1. Click Save.
  2. The Profile updated window will appear, click Close.

This information now displays in the User profile tab when you edit the user in Settings, User Management, then Users
