When you start using Copilot, you'll log in with your Sage account credentials to enhance security and ensure it communicates with our AI service.
This means you won't use a logon name to access the software.
NOTE:
Sage Copilot isn't available in Sage 50 Accounts Essentials. If you're interested in upgrading from Essentials, leave your detailsand we'll be in touch.

NOTE:The Manager user needs to complete these steps.
Once you install v31 or above and set up Sage Copilot, you'll migrate your users to log in with a Sage account.
1. When you see the window below, select Continue to get started:
2. Add any missing email addresses and names for your users on the next window.
NOTE:
If any of your users already have email addresses on their profile, it'll automatically pull them through to this window.
If a user needs access for third-party applications (so will never log in directly), or has left the business, select Dismiss user.
Selecting Dismiss user on the confirmation popup will remove the user from the email address list. They can continue to access Sage 50 Accounts from third-party applications.
If a user has left the business, or doesn't need a login you can remove their account from your data.
3. Once you've added email addresses for all users, select Continue.
4. Click Finish to complete the updates.
TIP:
Your users will receive an email inviting them to log in using their Sage account details.
Log in using your Sage account
After completing the one-time setup, when you open your company data you'll see the new login window:
Enter your Sage account email address and password to log in to Sage 50 Accounts.
