Log in using your Sage account
Description

When you start using Copilot, you'll log in with your Sage account credentials to enhance security and ensure it communicates with our AI service.

This means you won't use a logon name to access the program.

 NOTE: This feature is currently only available to Sage Copilot users.

First time set up

 NOTE: The Manager user needs to do this part. 

Once you install v31 or above and set up Sage Copilot, you'll migrate your users to log in with a Sage account. 

1. When you see the screen below, select Continue to get started:

2. Add any missing email addresses and names for your users on the next screen. 

 NOTE: If any of your users already have email addresses on their profile, it'll automatically pull them through to this screen.

3. Once you've added email addresses for all users, select Continue.

4. Click Finish to complete the updates.

 TIP: Your users will receive an email inviting them to log in using their Sage account details.


Log in using your Sage account

After completing the one-time setup, when you open your company data you'll see the new login screen:

Enter your Sage account email address and password to log in to Sage 50 Accounts.
