Description

Once you have activated Sage Copilot, you can add other users.

NOTE:

Sage Copilot isn't available in Sage 50 Accounts Essentials. If you're interested in upgrading from Essentials, leave your details and we'll be in touch.

We’re currently rolling out Sage Copilot in the UK. While it’s not yet available in Ireland, we’re planning for a potential launch as part of our Sage 50 Accounts Roadmap. We’ll provide updates as progress continues.

Grant other users Copilot access after set up

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Hover over User Management and then select Users.

    NOTE:

    Follow the same steps to invite your Accountant if they use the Client Manager variant of Sage 50 Accounts.

     
  3. Select the user in the list, then select Edit.
  4. Select the Sage Copilot link:
    Edit User window with Allow Sage Copilot access checkbox.
  5. Tick the Allow Sage Copilot Access checkbox.
  6. Press Save.
  7. Repeat this process to add Copilot access for all applicable users.
  8. Press Close

Invited user

  1. The invited user receives an email granting them access to Copilot. They need to follow the steps on the email to complete their access.
  2. When they next log in to Sage 50 Accounts or click Copilot insights, they'll see a prompt to sign in using their Sage account
