 NOTE: Sage Copilot isn't available in Sage 50 Accounts Essentials or Client Manager. If you're interested in upgrading from Essentials, leave your details and we'll be in touch. 

We’re currently rolling out Sage Copilot in the UK. While it’s not yet available in Ireland, we’re planning for a potential launch as part of our Sage 50 Accounts Roadmap. We’ll provide updates as progress continues.


Once you have activated Sage Copilot, you can add other users.

Grant other users Copilot access after set up

 NOTE: You must have more than 1 Copilot user on your licence to be able to grant other users access. Leave your details if you need to increase your Copilot users. 

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Hover over User Management and then click Users.
  3. Select the user in the list, then click Edit.
  4. Click the Sage Copilot link:
    Edit User window with Allow Sage Copilot access checkbox.
  5. Tick the Allow Sage Copilot Access box.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Repeat this process to add Copilot access for all applicable users.
  8. Click Close

Invited user

  1. The invited user receives an email granting them access to Copilot. They need to follow the steps on the email to complete their access.
  2. When they next log in to Sage 50 Accounts or click Copilot insights, they'll see a prompt to sign in using their Sage account
