The Manager user, or a user with the Administrator permission can edit users.

Edit a user

1. Click Settings then click User Management and click Users.
2. Select the user whose access rights you want to amend then click Edit.
3. Click the required option you want to amend on the left:
   

   User Type	Choose the type of user. Only the manager or an administrator has permission to change the user type: Standard - Basic processing, you can choose which modules of the software they can access Accountant or Bookkeeper - Access to company data and access to add further accountants or bookkeepers Administrator - Full access to all functions. Administrator accounts must have a password Read only - View data but can't post
   Profile	To change the password settings click Change Password
   Level of Access	Select the areas in the software you want the user to have access to. If you withdraw access to certain options in the software, the system also withdraws access to associated options.  NOTE: This option is only available for Standard and Accountant user types. Managers and Administrators automatically have full access.
   Remote Access	Amend the user's remote access settings.
   Confirmation	This gives you a chance to check the settings before you apply them.

4. Click Finish, then Save, and click Close.
