Before you startYou need your welcome email to continue, only your employer can send this to you. - If you haven't received a welcome email, check your junk or spam folder. Also check with your employer that they've sent you a welcome email. Also check that they've used the correct email address for you. Only your employer can send you the welcome email
- If you've received a welcome email but it's expired get in touch with your employer so they can resend it to you. Your welcome email expires after 24 hours
- The email address that received your welcome email is the one you use to log in. If you need to change your email address contact your employer
Set up your access- In your welcome email, select Create Sage ID to create your login.
NOTE: ▼ No option to create a Sage ID? This means this Sage ID is already active. Select the URL in your welcome email to go to your company login and sign in for the first time.

Enter your first name, last name, a password, and confirm your password.
TIP: If your last name is two characters enter a space at the end. Select Register.
When you log in to Sage HR Online Services your dashboard appears.
