If you can't log in to Sage HR Online Services, it will be because of one of the following reasons: - You haven't created a login from your welcome email
- You're using the wrong email address
- You're entering an incorrect password
- Your company doesn't use Sage HR (They may use a different online payslips portal called Sage Employee Online Services)
- Your profile has been terminated
- Your profile has been deleted
- Your login access has been disabled by an admin
- You've entered the wrong workspace
- You need to clear your Internet browser's cookies and cache folder
- Login blocked due to too many incorrect password attempts
TIP: If the login is blocked, click Forgot password and complete this process to unblock it. You may also need to be resent a welcome email. Run through our checks outlined below to establish which reason is the cause, which will then help you resolve your login issue.
NOTE: If you need to contact someone about your login issue, you need to contact your employer. Only they have access to contact Sage 50 Payroll or Sage HR support if required.
