Once you have installed the Sage HR app you can view your payslips on your phone anytime, anywhere.

You can watch our video, or you can run through our steps below.

Before you start

View your payslips and P60s

1. Log in to the Sage HR app.
   
    TIP: If you have issues trying to log in to your company on the mobile app, please run through the checks outlined in, Can't log in to the Sage HR app.
   
   

2. Press Workspace at the bottom, then tap the Payslips & P60s tile.

3. This shows a summary of your most recent payslip, with all previous payslips listed underneath. If any payslips or P60s are missing please contact your employer.
   
   TIP: To view any P60s, toggle to P60s on the slider at the bottom of the Payslips and P60s page.
   
   
   
   Press a payslip for further information.
   
   
   

4. When looking at the details of your payslip, if you tap on the drop-down arrow at the top, this shows more details such as your NI number. 
   
   
   
   
   
   If you want to download your payslips, tap Share for your mobile sharing and saving options. For example, you can save it to your phone, or email it to yourself.
   
   
   

I can't see my payslips or P60s listed

If you can't see your payslips or P60, you must contact your employer. We advise you to let them know if you can or can't also see them when logged into the website version of Sage HR Online Services on a computer or tablet.

Payslip details are incorrect

If you have a query regarding what is on your payslip, you must raise this with your employer. They process your payroll, not Sage.

I have payslips but I've not been paid

Sage doesn't pay you, your employer does. If you have an issue regarding your wages you must contact your employer directly about this.
