Check your junk or spam folderCheck to see if the welcome email is in your junk or spam folder. If you find it, the link within it has likely expired. Ask your employer to resend you a new welcome email
Check your email securityEnsure your email security does not block the email addresses:
Confirm what email address your employer has usedCheck with your employer that they've used the correct email address for you when they set you up. TIP: It can be common for an employer not to spot a typo when they check your email address. Ask them for a screenshot of your email address in Sage HR so you can confirm it yourself. If the email address is wrong, they can set you up again with the correct email address to send you the welcome email.
If you've completed all these checks but still aren't getting a welcome email contact your employer. Only their admin user can contact Sage support to investigate this further. This is because they have access to the software to resolve this issue. TIP: If you have a different email address you can use, ask your employer to try that email address to see if that works. If you urgently need payslips, your employer can email them directly from their payroll software. |
