Error: 'Invitation Invalid' when opening your welcome email
Description

You can't log in to Sage Hr Online Services until you've set up your access from a welcome email sent by your employer.

When you click a link from your welcome email, you could get the following error:

Invitation Invalid

Your invitation has expired or is invalid

This means the welcome email from your employer has expired. The welcome email expires after 24 hours once sent by your employer.

You need a new welcome email from your employer.


How do I get a new welcome email?

Contact your employer. Only your company's Sage HR admin user can resend the welcome email to you from their software, not Sage.
