View payslips and P60s on a computer - Sage HR Online Services
Description

When your employer uploads your payslips and P60s to Sage HR Online Services, you can access these on a computer or tablet online anytime. 

TIP: You can also view payslips and P60s on the Sage HR mobile app.

Before you start

  • Before you can log in to access your payslips, you must set up your access to Sage HR Online Services
  • If you haven't had a welcome email yet, contact your employer. Only they can send one to you
  • If you're using a mobile phone to access your payslips, use the Sage HR app instead of your mobile Internet browser. For example, Safari on an iPhone

How to get to your payslips and P60s

  1. Log in to Sage HR Online Services.

    NOTE: Having issues trying to log in?

  2. After you log in, on the main menu, click Payslips & P60s.



    TIP: If you only see icons on your main menu, select the arrow to expand it.



  3. Click Payslips or P60s at the top to view them.




View your payslip/P60 details 

  1. Next to the relevant payslip or P60, click the list icon.



  2. Click View to see the Payslip online in the software.

    TIP: Click Save as PDF to download the payslip. 




    NOTE: If you're on your phone and can't scroll across to see the information correctly, it's because you're using your mobile internet browser, such as Safari on an iPhone or Chrome on an Android. Use the Sage HR app to view your payslip information on your phone, or log in to Sage HR Online Services on a computer or tablet.
