If you ever experience an issue with your licence server, check the current status and availability of the Sage Licence Service at status.sage.com. This indicates if there's a known issue in your region.

If the status in your region is fine, select the error message below to follow the steps to fix it.

CAUTION: Does TLS impact you? Changes to Sage Services with TLS 1.1 and 1.0 could cause login issues.

• A licence for the supplied serial number cannot be found

• Failed to create the licence service. Please try again later

• The registration service is currently undergoing maintenance. Please try again later

• The Serial number you entered has already been registered with another account number

• There is no response from the licence server. Please try again later

• We cannot connect to the licence server at this time

• We cannot identify you from the information you have entered

• You have entered the incorrect information three times. For security, your account is now locked. Please wait 30 minutes before you enter your Account number again

• Cannot connect at this time. A valid license cannot be found

• The client certificate is invalid for the given Source ID and Source Version

• The licence file is invalid

• The requested XML licence file could not be found
