Error: 'We cannot identify you from the information you have entered'
Description

When registering Sage 50 Accounts, the following message may appear:

'We cannot identify you from the information you have entered.'

Cause
Resolution
  1. Find your Sage serial number, activation key and account number, and check you've entered the correct serial number, activation key and account reference. You can visit my.sage.co.uk to check your current details.
  2. If your details are correct, for further help please contact Sage Technical Support.
