Change your deviceThe steps you need to follow depend on whether you have access to your current 2FA device. Click the relevant option below to find out more. Change device if you have access to your current 2FA device > - Click here to access Sage Account Management, and log in with your email address and password.
- Enter your verification code using your chosen method.
- Select 2-factor authentication.
- Select Remove.
- Enter your password and log in.
- Enter your verification code from your chosen method.
You've now turned off 2FA for your previous device and can set up 2-factor authentication (2FA) with a new device. Change your device if you don't have access to your existing device, using your recovery code > - Log in to your product.
- Select Verify a different way instead.
- Select Recovery code.
NOTE: If you don't have access to your recovery code, contact Sage technical support. - Enter the 24-digit code presented to you when you set up 2FA.
- Select Remove the device and add a new one.
- Select Send 2-factor authentication email. This sends an email to allow you to set up your new device.
