When you set up 2FA for your Sage account, you can only register to use one 2FA device or method. For example, using an authenticator app on your mobile phone.
Some examples of when you need to change the device or authentication method are when you:
Decide to move to the Sage Verify app as your authentication method
Have a new phone that you want to use for 2FA
Want to change to using an authenticator app instead of SMS text
Have a new phone number to use for 2FA
NOTE:
Changing your 2FA device isn't the solution for multiple users sharing access to the same Sage account. Each person needs their own login and 2FA. Find out more in the 2FA for Multi-user Sage accounts article.
