Although you can't remove 2FA from your account permanently, you can remove or reset the device you currently use to authenticate.
Once you do this, you're ready to set up 2FA again, for example, on a new device.
How you do this depends on whether or not you still have access to your 2FA device/primary 2FA method.

If you still have access to your existing 2FA device, you can reset 2FA via Account Management using the remove 2FA device option.

Use your recovery key to log in to Account Management, where you can remove your 2FA device via Protect your account.
When using the remove device option, you'll need to authenticate again to confirm the removal. Use your new recovery key to do this.

Use your backup method and select Remove device and add new one to reset 2FA.
