If you can access your existing 2FA device/method If you still have access to your existing 2FA device and primary 2FA method, you can reset 2FA via Account Management at account.sso.sage.com. For more details visit our article, Remove my 2FA device. Can't access your 2FA device? If you don't have access to the device to log in at account.sso.sage.com you can use your recovery method. When following the steps of your recovery method, you will select the Remove device and add new one option to reset your 2FA.
