Reset 2-factor authentication (2FA)
Description

Although you can't permanently remove 2FA from your account, you can remove or reset the device you currently use to authenticate. You can then set up a new device for 2FA. How you do this will depend on whether you still have access to your 2FA device/ primary 2FA method, or not.

If you can access your existing 2FA device/method

If you still have access to your existing 2FA device and primary 2FA method, you can reset 2FA via Account Management at account.sso.sage.com.

Can't access your 2FA device?

If you don't have access to the device to log in at account.sso.sage.com you can use your recovery method to reset your 2FA.

Simply click Use your recovery method, enter the code sent to your recovery email address or recovery phone number, then select Remove device and add new one.
