| Resolution | When you first set up 2FA, you're provided with a 24-digit recovery code. You can use this to log in, without your 2FA device. Log in using your recovery code > Your recovery code is a one-time use only. Every time you use it, a new code will be generated. Remember to write down your new recovery code each time you use this method. - Log in to your product.
- Select Verify a different way instead.
 - Select Recovery code.
- Enter your 24-digit recovery code and select Continue.
- Copy your new recovery code and keep it safe. Discard the one you just used.
 - Select the check box next to I have saved my recovery code, then Continue.
