Once you have activated your account from your welcome email, you can log into Sage Employee Online Services to view your payslips, P60s or other online documents.

To do this simply follow the steps below.

NOTE: If you use Sage HR Online Services, please follow the steps in Log in to Sage HR Online Services instead.

Before you log in

• As an employee user, you can only log in once you have set up your access to Sage Employee Online Services from your welcome email. 
  
  NOTE: Didn't receive a welcome email? Welcome email expired? You must contact your employer. Only they can send or resend a welcome email to you.

Steps to log in

1. Go to www.sagepayrollservices.co.uk.
2. Under Employee, click Go.
   
   
   
   
3. On the Sage account login screen, enter your email address and password.
   
    TIP: If you've previously set up your access from your welcome email, but forgotten your password, click Forgot Password?, then follow the on screen instructions to reset your password.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Log In.
   
    NOTE: If your email addres is registered for more than one company in Sage Employee Online Sevrices, you're prompted to select which company you want to access. 

After you log in to your company, a dashboard appears. 

This contains quick links to your recent payslips, messages from your employer and your employer's company details. If your employer also uses these extra features, you can also access your documents and timesheet. Other tabs you have available at top of your page include: 

 *Only appears if your employer uses Online Documents and Online Timesheets. 

 TIP: To see these options on a mobile browser, tap the three lines.

Is there a mobile app?

There isn't a mobile app for Sage Employee Online Services. To access it on a mobile phone go to www.sagepayrollservices.co.uk on your mobile Internet browser.

 NOTE: You can't access Sage Employee Online Services companies on the Sage HR app. This mobile app is for Sage HR companies only.

How do I change my password?

When on the Sage account login screen, click Forgot password?

If you continue to have issues trying to log in, please speak to your employer so they can investigate this.
