Before you log inAs an employee user, you can only log in once you Activate your account from your welcome email - Sage Employee Online Services.
NOTE: Didn't receive a welcome email? Welcome email expired? Contact your employer. Only they can send or resend a welcome email to you.
Steps to log in- Go to sagepayrollservices.co.uk, then Under Employee select Go.
- On the Sage account login screen, enter your email address and password.
TIP: If you've previously set up your access from your welcome email, but forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? Follow the on screen instructions to reset your password.
- Select Log In.
NOTE: If your email address is registered for more than one company, you'll be able to select which company you want to access.
After you log in to your company, a dashboard appears. This contains quick links to your recent payslips, messages from your employer and your employer's company details. If your employer also uses these extra features, you can also access your documents and timesheet. Other tabs you have available at the top of your page include: - Messages
- My payslips
- My P60s
- *My documents
- *My timesheets
- My profile
*Only appears if your employer uses Online Documents and Online Timesheets. TIP: To see these options on a mobile browser, tap the three lines.
Is there a mobile app?There isn't a mobile app for Sage Employee Online Services. To access it on a mobile phone go to sagepayrollservices.co.uk on your mobile Internet browser. NOTE: You can't access Sage Employee Online Services companies on the Sage HR app. This mobile app is for Sage HR companies only.
