If your invitation to activate your account from your welcome email - Sage Employee Online Services has expired, you'll need a new one. Your employer can send you this.

NOTE: The welcome email expires after 24 hours. 

How do I get a new welcome email?

Your employer can resend you a welcome email from their software. Only your employer's payroll admin can do this, not Sage.
