I don't have a welcome emailIf you haven't received your welcome email, check with your employer that they sent one. There could be other reasons why you haven't received it yet, such as your employer has used the wrong email address. Run through checks in our guide, I don't have a welcome email.
My welcome email has expiredIf the link in your welcome email has expired, you must contact your employer. Only their admin user for Sage Employee Online Services can resend you a new welcome email.
Next stepsAfter you create a Sage account login, you can log in to Sage Employee Online Services at any time to view your payslips. NOTE: If you leave your employment but the same employer re-employs you, you'll receive a new welcome email. You won't need to create a Sage account as it already exists from before. |
