Activate your account from your welcome email - Sage Employee Online Services
Description

Once your employer sets you up for Sage Employee Online Services, they need to send you a welcome email to create your Sage account. You can't log into Sage Employee Online Services to view your payslips and P60s before they do this.

We'll run you through how to activate your account in the section below.

NOTE: If you've been invited to use Sage HR Online Services by your employer, not Sage Employee Online Services, follow the steps in our Set up your access to Sage HR Online Services guide.

Activate your account

  1. Click the link in your welcome email to register.
  2. Follow the on screen instructions to create your Sage account.

I don't have a welcome email

If you haven't received your welcome email, check with your employer that they sent one. There could be other reasons why you haven't received it yet, such as your employer has used the wrong email address. Run through checks in our guide, I don't have a welcome email.

My welcome email has expired

If the link in your welcome email has expired, you must contact your employer. Only their admin user for Sage Employee Online Services can resend you a new welcome email.

Next steps

After you create a Sage account login, you can log in to Sage Employee Online Services at any time to view your payslips.

NOTE: If you leave your employment but the same employer re-employs you, you'll receive a new welcome email. You won't need to create a Sage account as it already exists from before.
