When your employer sets you up for Sage Employee Online Services, they'll send you a welcome email. This invites you to use the service so you can view your payslips online. This email allows you to activate your account from your welcome email - Sage Employee Online Services. If you haven't received this welcome email, check with your employer that they've sent it. If you have a welcome email but it has expired, contact your employer directly to resend this to you.
If your employer hasn't sent a welcome email yet, then ask them to send you one and wait for this to arrive. Once you receive the welcome email, you can follow our steps on how to activate your access to Sage Employee Online Services. Only your employer can send your welcome email, not Sage.
If they have, then you can try these steps to resolve why you haven't received the welcome email. - Check your junk or spam folder
- Ensure your email security doesn't block the email addresses:
- Check with your employer that they've entered the correct email address for you when they set you up. It could be that the email address they entered was incorrect, or they used a different email address. If it's wrong, they can set you up again with the correct email address to send you the welcome email. If it's correct, they can resend the welcome email if required

If your welcome email has expired, you'll need to contact your employer to resend you another. Only they can resend you this welcome email.
