Errors when accessing data on Remote Data Access (RDA)
Description

When using Sage 50 Accounts with RDA, you experience one of the following messages when logging in with your Sage ID:

'Your sign in was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again. The email or password provided is incorrect.' 

'An error has been encountered with your Sage Account. You are not able to connect using Remote Data Access at this time' 

Also when setting up RDA for a new company, the following messages can appear:

'Attention There has been a problem connecting this company to your Sage Account. You need to go through the Sage Accountconnection process again.'

'The Sage ID you've entered has had its access revoked or the company is no longer available via Remote Data Access. to enter an alternative Sage ID and password, click Retry.'

These messages appear if you've changed the email address you use for your Sage Account. For example, if you change your email address in Sage HR, you can get these messages in Sage 50 Accounts.

NOTE: If you haven't changed your email address recently, follow the steps in Troubleshooting RDA to check and resolve your RDA access issues. 

If you changed your Sage Account email address, follow the steps below based on whether you're the data owner who uploaded the data or a remote user invited to access it.
