| How do I disconnect a company from my Sage account? |
Resolution | Before you start Disconnect the company from your Sage account ▼ v30.1 or above - Click Connected Services, and then click Disconnect Sage account.
 - The Disconnect Sage account window will show you which services will disconnect:
 - If you want to continue disconnecting, click Disconnect Sage account.
- On the confirmation prompt, click Disconnect.
You'll then see the Sage account successfully disconnected message. ▼ v30.0 or below - Log in to your company on Sage 50 Accounts as MANAGER or as an administrator user.
- Click Settings then click Connected Services Settings.
- If a message appears that you're using one or more of the connected services, click Close. Follow the steps above to remove any of the services above, then repeat step 1.
- To disconnect the company, click Disconnect then click OK.
