Back up your data Take a backup of your data before you begin. Ensure all users log out of the relevant company. Make a note of current Remote Data Access users To re-upload your company to Remote Data Access and reconnect users, note each remote user's Sage account email address. click Settings then click User Management and click Users. Remove Remote Data Access Using Sage 50 Accounts v27? Follow these steps at the main site. - Open Sage 50 Accounts.
- On the Company Selection window, click the three dots to the left of the relevant company.

- If you use Sage 50 Accounts v28, click Remove From Remote Data Access.

Using Sage 50 Accounts v27? Click Remove Remote Data Access instead.
- Enter the password for the manager logon name click OK.
- Click Yes then click OK.
Other sites v28 and above Users see the company in the selection window, but they get an error message when they try to log in.  To remove the company from Remote Data Access at this site, follow the same steps in the Remove Remote Data Access section above. v27 Users see the company in the selection window, but they get an error message when they try to log in. To disconnect from this company from Remote Data Access at this site, follow the steps in Disconnect a remote site from Remote Data Access. Next steps If required, at any time you can set up Remote Data Access and allow users remote access again from within the User Management option. |
