In Sage 50 Accounts v30.1 and above, you can quickly disconnect all of your connected services at once.
Description
If you use several connected services, like Bank Feeds and Remote Data Access, you can now remove them all when you disconnect your Sage account.
Resolution
Using Disconnect Sage account
To disconnect all connected services, and your Sage account:
- Click Connected Services, and then click Disconnect Sage account.
- The Disconnect Sage account window will show you which services will disconnect:
- If you want to continue disconnecting, click Disconnect Sage account.
- On the confirmation prompt, click Disconnect.
Once you see the below message, you've now disconnected your Sage account and all connected services.
If the Sage ID currently connected to the company is the Account Owner in SXP, then a transfer of ownership must be done before connected services can be set up on the new Sage ID. This can be done via the steps in this link.
