Operating System Requirements
Sage 50 Accounts v32.1 and above work on:
- Windows 11
- Windows 10 (except Windows 10S), build 1709 or later
- Windows Server 2016 or above
Check your activation details
Find your Sage serial number, activation key and account number in your My Sage Account.
Check if you have a 64-bit operating system
We recommend using the 64-bit version if you can, to help ensure you get the best experience.
Check your operating system type.
Download and install Sage 50 Accounts
Click the link below to download the 64-bit version of Sage 50 Accounts:

Download Sage 50 Accounts v32.1 64-bit.
- To begin the installation, locate and double-click the downloaded application.
- If prompted, click Yes to allow this app to make changes to your device.
- Click Accept License Agreement & Install.
NOTE: We recommend installing the full program on all computers where you'll use Sage 50 Accounts. If you need more help during installation, click the
icon at the top right of the install window.
- Once the installation is complete, click Launch Sage 50 Accounts to move on to the next step.
Add company data
You have four options to add a company:
- Create a new company and set it up from scratch
- Connect to existing company data on another computer over a local network
- Restore a backup of existing company data
- Download existing company data on another computer using Remote Data Access
Select the option below to get started:

Only do this on the first computer if you're setting up Sage 50 on more than one.
Connect to existing data on a network

Only do this on the first computer if you're setting up Sage 50 on more than one.
If the company data is set up for Remote Data Access, you can access it from any computer with Sage 50 Accounts installed.
To do this, just follow the steps in our article, Connect remotely from another computer.
Final checks
In Sage 50 Accounts, click Help, then About, and check that your version number is 32.1.349.0.
