You'll receive a confirmation email when you purchase the Sage software, with your serial number and activation key.

To register your software or activate more modules, you'll need these details and sometimes your account number.

If you don't have these details to hand and you've registered your software, you can find them online in My Sage.

Obtain your details from My Sage

1. Visit My Sage and select Sign in.
2. Enter your Sage account Email address and select Continue.
3. Enter your Password then select Log in.
4. If you're linked to more than one account, select the relevant company.
5. Go to Software, then Active products.
6. Select the serial number for the relevant product or package.
7. The View registration window opens. Note your:
   • Serial number
   • Activation key
   • Account number
