I can't log in to Sage HR Online Services

This guide explains what to do if you can't log in to Sage HR Online Services to access your payslips and P60s.


There are a few different reasons why you may not be able to log in to Sage HR Online Services. To find out why, follow the steps below.

1. Have you logged in before?

Have you successfully logged in to Sage HR Online Services before? Click your answer below.

2. Checks to make with your employer

There are some checks you need to make which require confirmation from your employer or ex-employer if you've left the company. Please contact them directly and check all of the following: 

Confirm the email address you are entering matches the one your employer has set you up with.  Completed
Confirm your profile hasn't been terminated or deleted by an admin.  Completed
Confirm your login access hasn't been disabled by an admin.  Completed

NOTE: If you've been set up with the wrong email address, or you have a new email address you want to log in with instead, please inform your employer so they can change this for you.

Issue still persisting?

If you have made all these checks above, and still can't log in, please contact your employer. Sage HR Online Services is managed by them and Data Protection regulations don't permit us to further assist you directly.

Your employer can resolve this for you and they have access to contact Sage technical support if required to investigate this further.
