Employee can't log in to Sage HR Online Services
Description

When an employee is unable to log in to Sage HR Online Services, this can be because of the following reasons.

  • They haven't set up their access from your welcome email
  • They're using the wrong email address
  • They're entering an incorrect password
  • Their profile has been terminated or deleted by an admin user
  • Their login access has been disabled 
  • They've entered the wrong workspace 
  • They need to clear their Internet browser's cookies and cache folder 
  • They're unable to verify themselves using their email verification code
  • They're unable to authenticate using their 2-factor authentication (2FA) device
