if at the Remote site

The Remote Data Access service is currently unavailable and may be inaccessible for some time.

Resolution
To resolve this, you need to check whether the main site or the remote site has the most up to date data. You can then disconnect your company from Remote Data Access and then re-connect your data.
NOTE: Whenever you have been working offline, before you reconnect to Remote Data Access, please ensure you take a backup of your data.
Check which site has up to date data
If you work across main and remote sites, there's a possibility one of these sites contains data that hasn't been synced to other sites. To ensure you're using the latest set of data before reconnecting to Remote Data Access, we recommend checking to see what the latest activity is at each site, before deciding which dataset you want to continue working on. Once decided, after you remove your company from Remote Data Access, restore the backup you want to continue working on before re-connecting your data to Remote Data Access.
