Make sure you complete an all files back up on your old computer, so you have a copy of your data. We recommend you backup to a memory stick or a shared drive.

NOTE: When you first open Sage 50 Accounts you are prompted to enter your serial number, activation key and if required your account number.
TIP: If your data path uses a mapped drive, for example, S:\COMPANY.000\ACCDATA, for help creating a mapped drive on your new computer, please refer to our guide to common Windows tasks. If your data is from an older version you're prompted to update the data. If you need to add another company you can click File, New then click Company.
