| [BCB:23:Sage Drive - planned maintenance:ECB] In Sage 50 Accounts, as part of the process to set up Remote Data Access you're prompted to enter a passphrase. When you need this and how to check what it is, depends on if you're the data owner or not.
I'm the data owner > When do you need this passphrase? You need this passphrase when you give other users Remote Data Access to your data. How to check what the passphrase is - Log in as MANAGER, click Settings.
- Click Remote Data Access Settings and click Show Password/Passphrase.
 NOTE: Remote Data Access Settings is available on the Settings menu, once you've set it up. Find information on how to set up Remote Data Access.
- Enter your login details and click OK.
 TIP: You don't need to change the passphrase once you've set it up.
