NOTE: To reinstall EIR with Sage 50 Accounts v27 or above, reinstall your software. - If prompted to save the file, note the file name, ExcelIntReportingInstaller.msi then click Save.
TIP: Depending on your web browser, the file can automatically save to your Downloads folder. To view your Downloads folder, press Ctrl + J on your keyboard. - Double-click ExcelIntReportingInstaller.msi. The installer runs through a progress bar, then disappears.
If your issue persists, uninstall Excel, then uninstall Sage and then reinstall Excel and Sage and try again. If the issue persists after this, contact technical support. NOTE: If you receive the error 'Could not connect to data service' whilst using EIR, this is linked to Firewall settings. Ports and HIPS will need to allow the EIR tool to communicate with Sage data services. Running ESET in Interactive Mode can also help to reset your connection with EIR. Support with HIPS settings in ESET. [BCB:19:UK - Sales message :ECB] |
