Reprinting payslips
Description

You can print payslips at any time. You don’t need to print at the point of completing your pay run.

NOTE:

You can only print payslips on a per-pay run basis. You can't print them over a given date range.

Cause
Resolution

Print payslips

  1. Select Pay Runs from the menu bar.
  2. Select the required completed pay run.
  3. In the Employee Pay Breakdown section, do one of the following:
    • To print a particular employee’s payslip, Select the PDF PDF icon. option beside their name.
    • To print all employees’ payslips, select Export All Payslips then PDF payslips.

  4. Using your Internet browser options, Print or Save the payslips.
