When you view your Company Directory in Sage HR Online Services, you may see some employees that have a message under their name that says Missing payroll information. 
If you click Show next to [Insert number] missing payroll information you're presented with a list of all the employees that have this message. This message indicates that these profiles have been manually added in Sage HR Online Services, and haven't yet been linked to an employee record in Sage 50 Payroll. As long as the email addresses match, they link the first time you upload the employee's payslips. NOTE: If this error appears against an employee that you added by uploading a payslip, you need to follow a different process.
