How do I view my payslips?

You can view your payslips in Sage HR Online Services via its website or on the Sage HR app.

Can I access payslips on my phone?

Yes, you can, but use the Sage HR app rather than logging in to Sage HR Online Services through your mobile's Internet browser.

Can I download payslips and P60s?

Yes, you can.

• Download your payslips as a PDF on a computer or tablet
• Download your payslips on a mobile phone using the Sage HR app

Can I print payslips and P60s?

Not directly in Sage HR Online Services, but when you download them you can print them like any other PDF.

Can I access my payslips after I leave my employment?

You can, but this all depends on your employer's Sage HR settings. Their settings configuration controls whether or not you can access your payslips up to a year after you leave the company.

If you're unable to log in to Sage HR Online Services after leaving the company you need to contact your ex-employer. Only they can provide your payslips to you in an alternative way.

 NOTE: You can't access your payslips on the Sage HR app after you leave.

Can Sage send me my payslip?

If you have email notifications enabled, you receive an email notification when your latest payslip is uploaded. This email doesn't contain your payslip, it only provides you a link to log in to Sage HR Online Services to view them. If you want to receive your payslip by email, you must contact your employer directly and ask them to do so.

I can't log in to view my payslips

I logged in but I can't view my payslips

I can only see part of my payslip

If you use a mobile Internet browser to access your payslips, you won't be able to see your payslips properly on the screen. To see your payslips on your phone, you need to use the Sage HR app.

I can view my payslips, but I can't download them

If you can view your payslips, but you're having trouble downloading them, run through our troubleshooting steps.

I can view some payslips, but some are missing 

If your latest payslips aren't showing, or there are older payslips missing, you must contact the person who processes your payroll. Only they can upload these for you from their payroll software.

I can only see payslips for one company

If you have more than one employer that uses Sage HR Online Services, you can only view payslips for one company at a time. To view payslips for another company you need to log in to that company. If you have employers that have used the same email address for you, you can switch between these companies from within one of the companies that you're already logged in to.

I have a query about what is on my payslip

If you have a query about your pay or other information showing on your payslip, you must contact your employer or the person who processes your payroll.
