When your employer uploads your payslips you can log in to view current and historical payslips and P60s. You can also download and save PDF copies of them

In the Sage HR website, there are three ways to download your payslips when viewing them. We run you through these below.

NOTE: If you're accessing Sage HR Online Services on your phone, to download your payslips you must use the Sage HR app. You may be unable to download payslips and P60s via your phone's mobile Interent browser e.g. Safari on an iPhone or Chrome on an Android etc. Either try a different browser or use the Sage HR app.

How to get to your payslips and P60s

1. Log in to Sage HR Online Services.
2. Once you're logged in, on the main menu, click Payslips & P60s.
   
   
3. Here you can see the payslips uploaded by your employer.
   
    NOTE: If any payslips are missing, you must contact your employer for them to re-upload them.
   
   
   
   
   

How to download your payslips and P60s

You can either download your payslips when on a computer or on your phone when using the Sage HR mobile app.

• Download via an Internet browser
• Download on your phone via the Sage HR mobile app

Download on a computer

Option 1

Select the check box in the relevant payslip, then click Download. You can select multiple to download more than one.

NOTE: You can select multiple payslips to download this way. If you're unable to download multiple payslips, this may be blocked by your anti-virus. Either amend your anti-virus settings or download payslips individually.

Option 2

Click on the three dots on the relevant payslip, then click Download.

Option 3

When you view your payslip online, click Save as PDF to download it.

It's likely your payslips and P60s will download to your Downloads folder on your computer. However, this may differ depending on your browser or computer settings.

If you're having trouble downloading your payslip, run through these troubleshooting steps.

Once downloaded you can view your payslip as a PDF.

If you need to print this you would click on the printer icon like any other PDF document.

NOTE: If you have a query about the details on your payslip, or a query about your pay, you must speak directly to your employer for them to look into it.

Download payslips on your phone

If you are using your phone, to view and download your payslips you must use the Sage HR app.

When using the Sage HR app, tap on a payslip to open it, then tap Share.

 NOTE: These steps to download the payslip onto your phone may differ slightly depending on your phone.

This shows your phone's sharing and saving options. For example, you can save it to your phone, or email it to yourself.
