Download your payslips and P60s - Sage HR Online Services
Description

When your employer uploads your payslips, you can log in to view current and historical payslips and P60s. You can also download and save PDF copies of them.

On the Sage HR website, there are three ways to download your payslips when viewing them. We run you through these below.

NOTE: If you're accessing Sage HR Online Services on your phone, to download your payslips you must use the Sage HR app. If you're unable to download using your phone's mobile internet browser, try a different browser or use the Sage HR app. For example, Safari on an iPhone or Chrome on an Android.

How to get to your payslips and P60s

  1. Log in to the Sage HR Online Services website.
  2. Once you're logged in, on the main menu, click Payslips & P60s.
    Here you can see the payslips uploaded by your employer.

     NOTE: If any payslips are missing, you must contact your employer for them to re-upload them.

How to download your payslips and P60s

You can either download your payslips when on a computer or on your phone when using the Sage HR mobile app.

Download via an Internet browser

Option 1

Select the checkbox in the relevant payslip, then click Download. To download multiple payslips, you can select more than one.

NOTE: You can select multiple payslips to download this way. If you're unable to download multiple payslips, your antivirus can block these. Either amend your settings or download payslips individually.

Option 2

Click the three dots on the relevant payslip, then click Download.

When you view your payslip online, click Save as PDF to download it.

Your payslips and P60s normally download directly to the Downloads folder on your computer. However, this can differ depending on your browser or computer settings.

Once downloaded you can view your payslip as a PDF. If you need to print this, select the printer icon like any other PDF document.

NOTE: For payslip or pay value queries, you must speak directly to your employer to resolve them.

Download on your phone via the Sage HR mobile app

If you're using your phone to view and download your payslips you must use the Sage HR app.

When using the Sage HR app, tap on a payslip to open it, then tap Share.
 NOTE: The steps to download a payslip onto your phone can differ slightly depending on your phone.
