Business dashboards are available in Sage 50 Accounts v28 and above, giving you key business data at a glance.

We've added some dashboards you can use straight away, or you can create your own.

Access the dashboard

1. From the navigation bar in Sage 50 Accounts, select Business dashboard.
2. If you're the first user to create a dashboard for this company, select one or more of the dashboards.
3. Select Create the selected dashboards.
   
4. Alternatively, select Create my first dashboard to create your own.
5. If you chose the ready made dashboards, select each dashboard from the My dashboards pane to view.
6. Or, if you're creating your own dashboard, you can now add information to the dashboard.

Create a dashboard

The dashboard contains a range of widgets that show information about your business. For example, the Money in money out widget shows your total in and total out for your selected bank.

To build your dashboard, choose which widgets to see and set any criteria you need.

1. Once you select Create my first dashboard, enter a name for your dashboard, then press Create.
2. To start adding widgets, select Add a report widget.
3. In the right-hand pane, find the widget you need, then choose Add widget. What information can I add?
4. If required, amend the widget criteria to suit your needs. 
   
   
   
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for any other widgets you want to add.
   TIP:

   You can click and drag to arrange them on the window.

    

6. If you want to share your dashboard with other users, press Share dashboard.
7. Once you're happy with your dashboard, press Finished editing.

That's your dashboard created.
