Share a dashboardYou can share dashboards that you created and also any shared dashboards that you have access to edit. - From the navigation bar, click Business dashboard then select the relevant dashboard, then click Edit.
- Click Share dashboard then set up sharing as follows:
Select all view only | - To quickly give all other users read-only access to the dashboard, click this option.
| Select all edit | - To quickly give all other users full access to edit the dashboard, click this option.
| Clear all | - To quickly remove access for all other users, click this option.
| Set individual access | - To set access for each individual user, select the View only and Edit check boxes as required.
TIP: You must select View only before you can select Edit.
| Manage access | - To change how a dashboard is shared, click Share dashboard then amend access as required.

- To save your settings, click Save then click Finished editing.
That's it. Any colleagues you chose to share your dashboard with can now see it in Business dashboard under Shared dashboards. ![](upload/images/sage/090211007305606.png)
How are dashboard changes shared?To keep shared dashboards consistent across users, while also giving users flexibility around the information they see, some changes to a shared dashboard are user specific: - Editing the criteria on individual widgets applies only to the user making the changes.
- All other changes to a dashboard affect all users of that dashboard.
