When viewing a business dashboard that you own or can edit, you can quickly change the criteria for individual widgets to show the information you need.

If you don't see the Configure your widget icon below, ask the dashboard owner to make the changes or give you edit access.
Edit the criteria on a dashboard widget
From the navigation bar, select Business dashboard then select the relevant dashboard.
To edit a widget, select the Configure your widget icon , choose the criteria you want, then press the Finish icon .
That's it, the widget now shows the information based on your new criteria. If your dashboard is shared, these changes don't affect other users.
