When viewing a business dashboard that you've created, or a shared dashboard that you have access to edit, you can quickly change the criteria used by individual widgets to get the exact information you need.  

TIP: If you don't see the Configure your widget icon mentioned in the following sections, ask the owner of the dashboard to either make the changes for you or give you edit access.

Edit the criteria on a dashboard widget  

1. From the navigation bar, click Business dashboard then select the relevant dashboard.
2. To edit a widget, click the Configure your widget icon , choose the criteria you want, then click the Finish icon .
   
   
   
   

That's it, the widget now shows the information based on your new criteria. If your dashboard is shared, these changes don't affect other users.
