Sage 200 2020 R1 is scheduled for release in March 2020, for all variants.

  • Office 365 – Microsoft Power Automate / Power Apps: refreshed connectors that can be used immediately or amended to suit your business needs. Providing automation to suit your unique business requirements.
  • Banking: Software changes to support latest PSD2 changes, more commonly referred to as Open Banking. Find out more here.

  Simplified on boarding journey. Remove the need to supply customer Office 365 admin credentials when signing up for Power BI and the Sage Contact App if Office 365 licence has been purchased from a vendor other than Sage. Sage ID Refresh Updated Sage ID infrastructure. Sage is undergoing a transformation to a new system which is an underpin for our future identity Strategy. Sage ID will support new standards such as JWT and Open ID and will replace our current Sage ID offering. Ensures customers can adopt the new Sage ID changes in time for the switch off of the current service.

Banking Changes to banking to support PSD2. Adoption of necessary banking changes to support the move to Open Banking. Ensures banking service to customers is compliant with latest Open Banking (PSD2) requirements.

MTD Increased fraud prevention details for MTD submissions. HMRC have defined additional information they require when using their MTD service. This information will enable HMRC to further improve the detection of fraudulent tax submissions. Updates will be made to the in-product submission for VAT in line with this change and also the standalone MTD module used for certain submission scenarios. Provides compliance to latest HMRC MTD changes.

  Vat Submission under MTD threshold. For customers under the MTD Vat submission threshold HMRC have increased the maximum password length, and hence password security, for customers using the Internet Submissions Module. Existing passwords will continue to work but customers may wish to increase their length for added security. Provides support for HMRC submission requirements.

CRM Support for Sage 200 CRM 2020 R1. Sage 200 CRM 2020 R1 will be supported with Sage 200 2020 R1 for the integration only.
