How to resolve the errors when connecting to Remote Data Access (RDA), 'Access denied', 'access revoked' or 'You cannot login at present ...'.
Description
When you connect to an RDA company and enter your passphrase, you'll see one of the following errors:
- 'The Sage account you've entered has had its access revoked'
- 'You cannot login at present because Manager is in the disconnect option on machine ...'
- Access denied - 'You cannot login at present because Manager is in the disconnect option on machine ...'
Resolution
To resolve this, you need to disconnect this company from RDA and then connect to the company again.
- Disconnect the company from the computer you see the error on.
- On the computer that uploaded the data, go to Help then About.
- Note the Dataset ID in the Remote Data Access Information section.
- On the computer you're downloading and connecting on, Connect remotely to the company again.
