How to set up your Sage Copilot Automated Payment Reminders schedule and syncing in Sage 50 Accounts v32.1 and above.

Description

In the Automated Payment Reminders window, you can manage schedule settings to create your Reminder settings and your Schedule Settings.

 NOTE: Automated Payment Reminders is only available in Sage 50 Accounts Professional. If you're interested in upgrading, leave your details and we'll be in touch. 

Resolution

Set up your Schedule settings

  1. Go to Customers and select Sage Copilot.
  2. On the Sage Copilot window, select Debt management in the Debt summary section.

  1. On the Debt management with Sage Copilot window, select Manage automated reminders.

  1. Click Settings then Schedule settings on the Automated Payment Reminders window:
  • Run every Day, Week, or Month at a specific time
  • Choose Run now to send your emails immediately
