| Within Debt management with Sage Copilot, is the new Automated Payment Reminders feature.  Rather than emailing your customer reminders manually, you can set up automated reminders. This enables you to manage upcoming and overdue invoices by chasing customer payments. You can customise the four email templates to send automatically based on rules and schedules, using AI to generate the emails. This feature helps reduce late payments, improve cash flow, and save time chasing outstanding invoices.   NOTE: Automated Payment Reminders is only available in Sage 50 Accounts Professional.
