| Resolution | Set up your Reminder settings - Go to Customers and select Sage Copilot.
- On the Sage Copilot window, select Debt management in the Debt summary section.
 - Click Continue to Debt management on the Debt management with Sage Copilot window.
TIP: You can select Don't show me this again. If you have previously selected Don't show me this again, proceed to step 4.  - On the Debt management with Sage Copilot window, select Manage automated reminders.
- Click Settings, then Reminder settings on the Automated Payment Reminders window:
- Once you've completed your email and layout selection, click OK.
