Description

How to complete payment reminder settings to enable Automatic Payment Reminders.

 NOTE: Automated Payment Reminders is only available in Sage 50 Accounts Professional. If you're interested in upgrading, leave your details and we'll be in touch.

Set up your Reminder settings

  1. Go to Customers and select Sage Copilot.
  2. On the Sage Copilot window, select Debt management in the Debt summary section.

  1. Click Continue to Debt management on the Debt management with Sage Copilot window.   TIP: You can select Don't show me this again. 

If you have previously selected Don't show me this again, proceed to step 4.

  1. On the Debt management with Sage Copilot window, select Manage automated reminders.
  2. Click Settings, then Reminder settings on the Automated Payment Reminders window:
  1. Once you've completed your email and layout selection, click OK.
