2FA adds a layer of security to your Sage account. It ensures that only authorised users access your business data, even if someone compromises your password.

We'll let you know when your product or service is switching on 2FA.

Can I turn off 2FA, or opt out?

We understand that adjusting to 2FA can feel like an extra step, but it’s an important one. Your security is our top priority, so we can't disable or bypass it.

You could be using 2FA already for other services like online banking. You don't risk your personal financial data, so why risk with your company's sensitive information?

Data breaches pose serious threats. If someone compromises your email, it can endanger both personal and company data. To check if your email has appeared in a historic breach, visit haveibeenpwned.com.

If you're having issues or have any concerns regarding 2FA, visit our support Resource centre to contact us.
